Mock Pheasant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 turkey breast, cut in 3 to 4-inch strips
    1 can whole milk or half and half
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix soup and milk. Roll strips in flour and brown in skillet. Transfer to large casserole. Cover with soup and milk.
    Mix together.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Great with mashed potatoes or rice.
    Serves 4.
