Lemon Grape-Nuts Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. Grape-Nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar.
    Add the egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy.
    Combine the flour, Grape-Nuts and salt and stir into the creamed mixture.
    Add the milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake in buttered casserole or dish or custard cups. Set in a pan of hot water.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until set.
    Chill.
