Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. warm milk
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Stir until smooth.
Add milk, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and stir until thickened.
In buttered casserole, place layers of potatoes, onion, and cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
