Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 cube butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as per package directions.
    Drain and add celery, onion, chestnuts, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
