Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk. Mix well. After dropping biscuits on greased baking sheet, brush tops of biscuits with bacon grease. Put in oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops of biscuits are golden brown. Makes 6 biscuits.
