Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef
    taco mix (envelope)
    chili powder
    onions
    tortilla shells
    refried beans
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. can enchilada sauce or mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, adding all seasoning.
    Pour enough oil in skillet to just cover bottom.
    Allow oil to get hot, then place a tortilla shell in long enough to get really soft, then turn over and do other side.
    Put a large spoon of refried beans, hamburger meat and cheese in middle of flat tortilla.
    Roll up ends.
    Then roll sides up and place in a sprayed pan (Pam).
    Pour enchilada sauce over top and add shredded cheese.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
