Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Makes 4 pie crusts.
    Combine Crisco, flour and salt.
    In small bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture, mixing well until dough forms a ball.
    Chill 15 minutes.
    Divide dough into four balls and roll out on well floured board.
