English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

17 oz. can green peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery, diced
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
Preparation

Combine peas, celery, cheese, olives, onion and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Add to pea mixture, stir to combine.
Serve chilled.
