Ingredients

3/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. red hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Grind the bell pepper and red hot pepper.
Mix all ingredients together. Cook to slow rolling boil. Remove from stove and cool 15 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo.
Seal while still hot. Serve on crackers topped with cream cheese and jelly.
