Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add cornmeal and blend well.
    Add lemon juice and rind (at least 1/3 cup juice).
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
