Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten on high 5 minutes
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    After mixing first 4 ingredients, sift together and fold in last 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with waxed paper.
    Spread dough evenly and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Remove wax paper.
    Begin at narrow end of cake rolling towel and cake together.
    After completely cooling, unroll and spread filling over cake.
    Re-roll and chill.
