Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetables
1 stick margarine
2 or 3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut up your favorite vegetables or whatever someone gives you. Place your vegetables on small skewers.
Melt margarine with lemon juice.
Baste vegetables and grill 10 to 12 minutes on high. You can also add leftover meat or fruit (bananas or pineapple).
