Chicken Rice Roger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Flour and brown chicken. Place rice, salt and pepper in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole and add onion and mushrooms (juice and all).
    Place chicken on top. Pour bouillon over and dot with margarine.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
