Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pie filling (your choice)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Fill paper cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    They sink in the middle while cooling.
    Fill with pie filling (cherry, strawberry, pineapple or blueberry).
