Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and oil.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add carrots and vanilla.
    Pour into two greased 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool and frost.
