Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 c. boiling water
    4 tsp. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, eggs and sugar.
    Mix others as given in order.
    Mix cocoa in hot water and soda in milk. Bake 25 or 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
