Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and thinly sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix or 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in a small amount of water about 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Add zucchini and onion.
    Combine stuffing mix and margarine.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Spread zucchini mixture on top.
    With spoon, slightly mix the two together.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top.
    Cover with foil or glass cover. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
