Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add
    cooking
    oil
    and
    sugar. Sift together in mixing\tbowl, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir defrosted strawberries into
    egg
    and sugar mixture, then add sifted dry ingredients
    and
    mix until well blended.
    Pour into 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch
    greased
    loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool
    in pan for 10 minutes.
    Turn out on rack.
