Memphis Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn with juice
    1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
    1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
    1 chopped onion (opt)
    1 c (8 oz) sour cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 c grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended.
    Pour into a 2 qt baking (9 x 13 inch glass) dish.
    Bake, uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
