Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
    8 slices white bread, crust removed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain.
    Cool.
    Line 13 x 9-inch pan with bread slices.
    Sprinkle sausage evenly over bread, then layer cheese. Mix milk with well beaten eggs, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over layers in pan.
    Cover pan and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
