Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper
some pimento (to add color)
Preparation

Mix mayo and vinegar; set aside.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour mayo and vinegar mixture over the ingredients. Chill overnight.
