Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef or pork
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
    Brown meat and onions.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer in crock-pot on low for at least 5 hours or until meat strings apart.
