Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) corned beef
    3 tsp. pickle spice
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 lb. carrots, cut in half
    4 bay leaves
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1/2 c. vinegar
    water
    garlic
Preparation
    Place corned beef in roasting pan or large pot.
    Cover with water.
    Add all ingredients; cover and boil or bake in oven until tender.
    Remove from liquid and cool.
    Serve with cabbage and potatoes.
