Strawberry Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Add cold water, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt and beat until smooth.
    Pour into greased, waxed paper lined 11 x 14 pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn out onto tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Remove waxed paper.
    Roll up cake while still warm.
    Cool for 1 hour.
    Spread with filling after unrolling.
