Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    16 oz. can whole tomatoes
    15 oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    3 oz. can tomato sauce
    salt to taste (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef, onion, green pepper.
    Drain excess fat.
    Break up whole tomatoes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook in a Dutch oven at 350\u00b0until bubbly.
    Stir to keep from burning.\tIf hotter chili desired, add hot peppers (bottled) and some of the pepper juice to suit your own taste. Serves 5 to 6 persons.
