Irish Bread #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. caraway seed (may use less)
    1 c. raisins
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift the first 5 ingredients and then add remainder of ingredients.
    Mix all together in a large bowl, then turn out onto a floured board and knead lightly for a few turns.
    Shape into a round loaf.
    Place the loaf into a greased and lightly floured 9 or 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
