Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and cooled
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 3/4 bottle taco sauce
    small amount grated onion (optional)
    1 pkg. taco chips, broken up
    3 tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together, then cut tomatoes in wedges. Arrange on top so servings include tomatoes.
    Add taco chips last to keep them crisp.
    Enjoy!
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
