Stuffed Mushroom Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box large mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs or 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
Saute with onion in the butter until soft.
Stir in the bread crumbs or potatoes and the cheese.
Mix well.
Fill the mushroom caps with mixture.
Put on a baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
