Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium onions, sliced
    6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    4 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    butter
Preparation
    Mix together flour and seasonings and dredge the meat in mixture.
    In a large casserole with tight-fitting lid, arrange in layers the meat and vegetables.
    Add bouillon to hot water and then add Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour evenly over casserole.
    Dot the surface with butter.
    Cover casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
