Grandma Dodge Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round steak
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    bacon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bacon thoroughly and pack into a loaf pan.
    Place 2 strips of bacon on the top and cover with 1/2 cup tomato juice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
