Mock Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    4 radishes, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium dill pickle, chopped
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. sugar or Equal sugar substitute
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into florets in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with plastic wrap or glass lid.
    Cook in microwave oven on Full power for 8 to 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill for 2 to 5 hours before serving.
