Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
    2 c. seedless grapes (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
    1 c. celery, diced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. sour cream
    almonds, toasted for garnish
Preparation
    Cook chicken in a little white wine and seasonings.
    Combine chicken, grapes and celery.
    Whip together mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Mix together about 4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
    When serving, garnish with almonds.
    Preparation time: 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
