Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken)
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 c. cubed zucchini
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. carrots, shredded or diced
    1 c. chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix stuffing mix with boiling water and oleo.
    Cook, in another pan, the vegetables.
    Boil until soft and drain.
    Add chicken soup and sour cream; mix together.
