Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baskets fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pull out stems of mushrooms after washing.
    Dry mushroom. Chop stems and mix with sausage.
    Cook on low heat until red is gone from sausage.
    Drain and mix with bread crumbs and cheese. Stuff into mushroom caps.
    Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown. Mushrooms will turn dark during cooking.
