Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. onion, sliced
2 eggs
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Cook and stir zucchini, onion and margarine for 10 minutes. Add parsley flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano.
Combine eggs and Mozzarella or Meunster.
Mix all together.
Take crescent rolls and press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan to form a crust.
Pour vegetable mixture over crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
