Spinach And Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach, torn
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 cucumber, sliced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    5 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Caesar salad dressing
Preparation
    Toast pecans in butter in skillet.
    Combine with spinach, mushrooms, water chestnuts, cucumber, eggs and bacon in salad bowl.
    Add salad dressing; toss to mix well.
    Let stand for 2 hours to improve flavor.
    Yields 12 servings.
