Potato And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. red potatoes, cubed
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Bring water to boil in a large saucepan.
Add potatoes and cook until tender; drain.
Reserve liquid, enough for 1 cup.
Add water, if necessary.
