Crunchy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tuna
    4 1/2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle or dill pickle
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion (or use relish)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 to 2 c. crisp shredded cabbage
    1 small bag potato chips, coarsely crushed
    lettuce
    tomato wedges
Preparation
    Combine tuna, pickle, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice and chill.
    When ready to serve, add cabbage and toss together.
    Add part of crushed potato chips and toss.
    Heat in lettuce lined bowl.
    Sprinkle remaining chips on top and garnish with tomato wedge.
    Serves 6.
