Zucchini With Basil, Pine Nuts And Parmesan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. tightly packed fresh basil leaves
    1/4 c. and 1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
    4 medium-sized zucchini (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine the basil, 1/4 cup of the oil, the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and garlic in a blender or processor fitted with metal blade.
    Process, turning the machine on and off, until basil and nuts are coarsely chopped.
    Set aside.
