Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. can syrup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 lb. boneless pork
    green pepper
    onion
    clove of garlic
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium heat.
    Stir-fry pork for one minute.
    Add pepper, onion and garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    In bowl, stir pineapple juice with cornstarch, syrup, vinegar, soy sauce and catsup.
    Add to wok and pineapple.
    Stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
