Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix together vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
