Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper
    flour
    4 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    rice or noodles
    4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chives
    onion
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite-size pieces, making sure to cut all fat off.
    Tenderize, salt, pepper and flour meat.
    Brown the meat and 1/2 of onion, chopped.
    Drain off grease.
    Combine soups and sour cream; add to mixture.
    Mix chives and parsley flakes into mixture and heat slowly for an hour (or longer, if needed).
    It can simmer several hours without hurting it.
    Pour over rice or noodles. Serves 12.
    Will freeze well.
