Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage meat
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stems celery, chopped
    2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
    6 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add pepper, onion and celery; saute in skillet with sausage.
    Combine soup mix and boiling water in a large saucepan.
    Stir in rice. Boil for seven minutes.
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or longer.
