Chocolate Icing(Cooked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1 big can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Cook until it forms a ball in cold water, about 20 to 25 minutes. Stir the whole time while cooking.
