Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, split
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss (Mozzarella may be substituted)
    7 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    salt or garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Dip chicken lightly in beaten egg. Then dip both sides in cheese. Then dip in bread crumbs until lightly coated. Season to taste.
