Lemon Cake Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice (some grated rind)
    2/3 c. water
    1 egg and 2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine
    ingredients
    in the order given (flour, sugar, lemon juice, rind, water, egg, egg yolks and butter).
    Cook in double boiler
    10\tminutes, stirring constantly.
    Cool before spreading.
