Chicken And Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. chicken
    1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 (4 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook chicken by bringing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Drain well, chop chicken and set aside.
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients and put into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish that is coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    First place exchanges (1 cup) equals 3 meat, 1 bread and 1/2 fat.
