Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
2 Tbsp. or 1/4 stick margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream
sugar
and margarine;
add 2 eggs and beat well. Add baking powder to flour.
Add flour and milk alternately to mixture;
add
1 teaspoon vanilla.\tPour batter in square pan, greased and
dusted
with
flour.
Bake
at
350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve
warm
with
strawberries, bananas, peaches or other berries can be used.
