Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. regular potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. pickle juice
    5 boiled eggs, diced
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet pickles, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    3 oz. pimento, drained
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes, adding salt. Cook over medium heat until done.
    Drain off water.
    Mash the potatoes with electric mixer.
    Cream.
    Add the mayonnaise, milk and butter; mix again. Add sweet pickles, juice, onion, boiled eggs, pimento and dash of black pepper.
    Mix together.
    Refrigerate overnight. Ready to eat.
