Nan'S Banana Nut Ice Cream(5-Quart Freezer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    6 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk (optional)
    1 qt. half and half
    homogenized milk (to fill freezer)
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    4 large or 6 small bananas
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add evaporated milk and half and half, stirring well.
    Strain mixture into the ice cream cylinder.
    Add mashed bananas and nuts.
    Add enough milk to fill the cylinder.
    Stir and freeze according to your freezer's instructions.
